We do not distribute paper catalogs to our customers but encourage exchange of information electronically wherever possible and to shop our web site, where all products are featured.
We do not staff a large call center but rather utilize an electronic voicemail service which we monitor throughout the day in order to respond to your concerns in a timely manner. We also encourage email communication whenever possible. This allows us to minimize our electrical utility demands to the bare minimum required to run a more compact office.

Atlantis Natural is committed to zero-waste standards at our corporate office with a robust recycling program that includes materials not collected in most businesses, such as paperboard and yogurt containers.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
We are a member in good standing of the Better Business Bureau, the Organic Trade Association, and Green America. These organizations promote and lobby for fair trade, good service and organic product standards.
Atlantis Natural is a proud sponsor of the non-profit organization Operation Shower who recognizes and honors the sacrifices military families make by producing and coordinating unit-wide baby showers and "showers in a box" for pregnant or expecting military families in a deployment or high stress situation.
Non-Atlantis Natural branded products are sourced only from companies that verify their use of fair labor practices, which includes maintaining social responsibility in their factories.
Atlantis Natural does not knowingly do business with any companies that do not adhere to basic humanitarian practices. We screen our factories for a commitment to social responsibility and fair wages as well as efficiencies in materials usage.
