California Baby's superior ingredients work together to heal diaper rash and to prevent new rashes from occurring by creating a moisture barrier-without chemicals-between baby's bottom and the chemical irritants found in most disposable diapers, not to mention urine and...you know. California Baby's all-natural, food-grade diaper rash cream includes ingredients such as ultra-purified lanolin, vitamin-grade zinc (12%) and Vitamin E, in addition to organic tea tree and aloe vera. Our proprietary Calming aromatherapy blend includes French lavender, known for its soothing, antibacterial, and healing properties.

Contains pure ‘aromatherapy quality’ essential oils (what doctors prescribe in Europe); they are tested for purity and guaranteed pesticide and synthetic additive free. California Baby products are free of common allergens such as milk, egg, peanut, walnut, cashew, almond and pecans, fish, shellfish, soy, and wheat. California Baby products are also free of gluten and casein. California Baby products do not contain Sulfates or DEA. California Baby® pioneered the use of plant derived glucosides (decyl glucoside and lauryl glucoside) which are non-invasive cleansing/bubbling agents that we use exclusively in our bubble baths and shampoo & body washes. Soapbark and yucca are added for extra bubbling power. Our glucosides are very gentle and are non-stripping of delicate membranes, naturally no tears, non-toxic and sustainably grown; they undergo rapid and complete biodegradation in the environment. California Baby does NOT add any colors, dyes or clear formula chemicals to our products; the color and texture can change slightly based on the time of year and the harvest conditions of the natural ingredients. California Baby uses extremely mild cleansing agents and does not need to add ‘numbing chemicals’ to make a product tear free. California Baby products contain organic & sustainably grown ingredients such as oils, waxes, herbs, essential oils and powders.   1. Wonderful, like any other CA Baby product

    A friend of mine introduced me to California Baby about a year and a half ago. I am so pleased with all their products and this diaper cream is far superior to anything I've used before. The smell is pleasant, the consistency effective and there are no chemicals. I am on a crusade to support non-Chinese companies and California Baby fits the bill.

    I've been giving this out as a gift at all the baby showers I've been attending lately.

    After nearly spending $90 for a prescription cream for my daughter's yeast diaper rash, and trying seemingly everything on the market to clear it up, we found this and it worked! I can't say enough good things about this product. It's all natural and smells great.

  3. Gentle on sensitive skin

    This diaper rash cream is fabulous - very gentle on irritated or sensitive skin, and I love how smoothly it goes on and that a tiny bit goes a long way.

    I wouldn't use it as a protective barrier against wetness - it doesn't provide a thick enough layer for that, but as a rash soother this stuff is great.

    This stuff is wonderful on irritated or sensitive skin, and I love that a tiny bit goes a long way. It goes on very smoothly and easily - unlike some other diaper rash creams/ointments that you have to really smear to apply them.

    The one down-side that I've encountered is that if you want a thick protective barrier against wetness than you would probably want one of the thicker creams/ointments versus this one, but for just everyday use or to treat a rash this stuff is great.
